Now more than ever, home is the safest place to live and work. Ella Home Care is looking for compassionate and reliable people who want to help our aging neighbors stay in their homes. Our one-on-one services include assisting people with Activities of Daily Living, lite housekeeping, laundry, errands/transportation, dementia care and medication reminders.
As a professional caregiver with Ella Home Care, you would have the opportunity to care for older adults in their home in Dauphin, Cumberland and northern York Counties. Most importantly, you would have the ability to share your passion for helping others and be a light in someone else’s life.
No experience is needed. We hire based upon personality and reliability. And we provide free training and continued support where you will never feel alone or unsupported. We also offer Paid Time Off, birthday and referral bonuses, and a commuter rewards program. Plus, you may qualify for a pay increase after just 90 days!
While we do not work directly with COVID-19 patients, we do provide Personal Protective Equipment for our staff like gloves, hand sanitizer, and disinfecting wipes. We do daily health screenings so employees and clients feel safe.
If you have the heart to serve and willingness to learn, we will train you to become a skilled and qualified caregiver. All you need is compassion, your own vehicle, and valid driver’s license. You must also pass a criminal background check.
